Millennium resolutions Kit is a project of the Geelong Arts Alliance. Created in 1999 as a community based project artists David Dellafiora and Mardi Janetzki ran workshops with inmates at the Barwon Prison in Lara (Just outside Geelong), to create an inclusive event and a series of multiple artworks for the new millennium. The project was conceived to bridge the gap of inmates not being able to participate in the once in a lifetime opportunity of a millennium new years celebration, and to allow artists to collaborate with new audiences.
